Bryce Baldwin

Bryce is a leader within the community, currently serving as the Lead Pastor of Rome Alliance church. In addition, he is a commissioner on the Rome Civil Service Comission, and has led RCJF from the beginning. In the past he has led a vibrant intership program for college students with Pillar College (NJ). Bryce has a Bachelors degree in Sociology from Geneva College (PA) and a Masters from Crown College (MN).
Dan Tartaglia
Vice-President
Dan is a former CFO of a multi-million dollar company here in Central New York. He has a vast array of community experience including being on the board of the Ava Dorfman Center. Dan brings a lot of experience to RCJF and loves the Rome community.
Rachael Baldwin

Rachael has a heart for people and has worked for several non-profits in the past including Care Net Pregnancy Center where she hired and managed staff. She currently leads a community group for mothers here in Rome. She has a Bachelors Degree in Human Services from Geneva College (PA).
Melissa Pennington
Board of Directors
Melissa and her husband Paul are business owners based here in Central New York. They currently own a franchise called Portraits International and oversee operations in five states. Melissa has experience hiring and managing a large staff. Prior, she managed retail stores for 10 years Utica and New Hartford. As a company they have had success hiring employees at the Rome Community Job Fairs.
