Our Story

It all started with a dream to help people in Rome gain employment. This initiative was formed out of the Rome Alliance Church  and was looking to make an impact in the local community, helping people to find jobs and find a new start in life.

In an effort to help people gain employment, the first ever Community Job Fair was held on Thursday, April 16 2015. Our first fair was held at the Rome Alliance Church where 24 employers offered a wide variety of openings. That day 200 job seekers walked through the door of the fair and we knew we were on to something.

From day one our Executive Director, Bryce Baldwin, has been leading the mission to connect job seekers and employers through face-to-face interaction.

We are very unique that all of our large job fairs are hosted by local churches and we seek to build the local church through member engagement into the community through job fairs.
